While helping the pre-health population, Ryan decided that he wanted to become the mentor that he always wished he had, but he wanted to do it the way he believed it should be done. Ryan decided to create the first ever completely free individually tailored pre-PA mentorship group that emphasized community, collaboration, and giving back to the next generation. Members would receive access to 24/7 support, guest speakers, mock interviews, workshops, CASPA/essay review, letter of recs, and a vast network of PA connections. All that would be asked of them in return is permission to share their story and a promise to give back to the next generation of pre-PA students however and whenever they can.

 

The original PAck consisted of five outstanding pre-PA members now referred to as "The Founding Five". Thanks to the hardwork and dedication of the "The Founding Five" proving that this revolutionary model of mentorship could be successful, The PAck has now more than tripled in size and continues to produce new PA students every cycle and those students in turn come back to support the current PAck members. To date, almost every PAck member has fulfilled their promise proving that Ryan's model can be a success. It is the hope of this organization that this new age mentorship model can be the beginning of something really special and produce a healthier, more accessible, and more supportive pre-health tomorrow.
